The GMODAO token enables holders to actively participate in shaping the direction of the DAO. Token holders can:

Treasury Management

The GMODAO token is central to the management and allocation of the DAO’s treasury:

• Treasury Voting: Token holders decide how the funds in the treasury are allocated to projects, operational costs, or community incentives.

• Financial Oversight: Ensure transparency and accountability in the treasury's use, with blockchain-based tracking of fund flows.

• Incentive Systems: Reward active contributors and community members with tokens, ensuring alignment between the community and the DAO’s mission.

Curation of GMO Intellectual Property (IP)

The GMODAO token allows stakeholders to oversee and curate the management of GMO-related IP:

• IP Proposals: Token holders can vote on which GMO projects should be patented, licensed, or open-sourced.

• IP Tokenization: Facilitate the creation of NFTs or other tokenized representations of patents or IP rights, enabling easier tracking, sharing, and monetization.
